You should have received this information via email for Youth Camp on December 7, 2019:
Thank you for registering! Your son is confirmed for our Youth Baseball Camp on December 7th from 10am to 3pm. Registration will begin at 9am. If you’d like to stay and watch the camp, there is a viewing area where you can go to.
Camp will be held at the Fetterman Training Center which is our 90,000 square foot multi-use indoor facility located at 1925 N Douglas Rd, Toledo, OH 43606 (no metal cleats). There is a map included with this email, you should park in Lot 4 off of Douglas Rd. You will enter through the doors that have "Fetterman Training Center" above it. After entering through the doors proceed to the registration desk located in the auxiliary gym right below the staircase upon entering. There will be someone there that can direct you to the registration desk.
The indoor training center is not heated so you may want to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket.
In case you haven't heard yet we wanted to let you know that there will be a special guest appearance by Rocky the Rocket during camp and we're very excited about that! Rocky is scheduled to arrive at 12:30pm during our lunch break. There will be a lunch break from 12noon to 1pm. We are offering lunch for $5 that includes 2 slices of pizza and a water or you can bring your own lunch. Your child will not be allowed to leave without their parent/guardian.
After registering you should have received a system generated email confirmation receipt that included a link to some important forms that we need you to bring to on the day of camp. Here is a link to the forms as well.
Your child will not be allowed to participate in camp without all forms completed and signed. For the medical clearance part a doctor's signature, physical form, or a well visit report within the past year are all acceptable.
We are anticipating a large turnout for this camp so it is very important that all of your child's personal belongings are labeled with a name and phone number.
